Bohemian TAPSody takes home Silver at GABF!

October 11, 2017

Adding to our collection, this year at Great American Beer Festival we took home a Silver Medal for Bohemian TAPsody in the Bohemian-Style Pilsner Category.

Our Bohemian TAPSody is a Czech-Style Pilsner is dominated by a spicy, floral hop aroma from Saaz hops balanced with a pleasant malt backbone. Gold in color, this beer drinks refreshingly crisp with a light-medium body and finishes with a soft, rounded bitterness.

Some may ask, what is GABF?

The Great American Beer Festival is the premier U.S beer festival and competition and invites industry professionals from around the world to judge and, without knowing the brand name, taste beers in each specified style category. The ultimate goal of the GABF Judge Panel is to identify three beers that best represent each beer-style category as described and adopted by the GABF.

The Professional Judge Panel awards gold, silver or bronze medals that are recognized around the world as symbols of brewing excellence. These awards are among the most coveted (and the most competitive) in the industry and heralded by the winning brewers in their national advertising.
