Smoked salmon, petite arugula, watermelon radish, shaved beets, fennel, tossed with citrus vinaigrette accompanied by grilled croutons, horseradish dill crème, and Hawaiian smoke salt

Black Diamond cheddar cheese, Milano Salame, seasoned pate, grilled Country French Batard bread
