Join us for our Summer Beer Dinner to enjoy a night of relaxation, good food, and  your favorite TAPS beers!

Course 1

Burrata and Berries

TAPS Amend This! infused dehydrated strawberries and blueberries, De Stefano’s Burrata cheese, Roasted hazelnuts, Baby Kale, Sweet Sparrow Lane sherry vinaigrette

Amend This!: An American Pilsner brewed in the Pre-Prohibition style. This traditional style incorporates rice and a slightly higher hopping rate than modern pilsners for a clean and crisp finish


Course 2

Citrus Shrimp Tacos

Citrus and Pimento marinated Mexican shrimp, avocado puree, House made black garlic tortilla, topped with assorted pickled Vegetables

Hazy IPA: brewed with raw wheat and oats, and hop bursted with Galaxy, Mandarino Bavaria. Medium-bodied, and packed with a ton of tropical fruit character


Course 3

Char Siu Pork Belly Skewers

Slow roasted House cured Char Siu Pork belly skewers served with Wing Hing Chow Mein Noddle and garlic Bok choy

HIYA With Ginger and Thai Chili: A Sake Pilsner brewed with 4 different types of rice and cold-fermented with l 00% Sake yeast. Light-bodied, straw in color, with slight notes of melon and pear, finishing crisp and dry with a hint of ginger and heat.


Course 4


Velvet hog infused ladyfingers, light creamy mascarpone cheese and vanilla coco powder

Velvet Hog with Bourbon Soaked Vanilla Beans: This full-bodied, award-winning Imperial Porter has strong notes of chocolate (dark and milk), vanilla, dark fruit, and subtle roast. Finishing smooth with a touch of warmth.
