Smoked kabacha squash dumpling / charred shallot / jalapeño citrus broth

A Belgian Farmhouse-style ale. Light in body and color, nice and
spicy, with hints of citrus and a crisp finish.


Grilled radicchio salad / sherry mustard vinaigrette / sweet dates / walnuts

::Blanche de Conundrum::
Our Belgian White aged for over 8 months in Conundrum barrels. Light and
crisp with a hint of lemon and a pleasantly tart finish


Smoked faro / frutti de mar / lemon oil / grilled cherry tomato
parsley leaf / Calabrian chilies / arugula

A Belgian-style unfiltered wheat beer. Light in body and color, and
spiced with fresh coriander and orange peels


Grilled hanger steak / pommes frites / charred asparagus tips /
truffle ketchup / béarnaise

An amber German-style pale ale. Medium-bodied with a
hint of caramel and a slightly dry finish


Campfire S'mores / chocolate brownie / marshmallow fluff
house-made graham cracker / vanilla ice cream

A light to medium-bodied German lager. Black in color,
a touch roasty, with a very smooth finish
