Great events are the result of a wonderful environment and meticulous planning. TAPS, and our sister restaurant, The Catch in Anaheim, have hosted business meetings, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations and more. We can take care of all of your event needs, including:

Menu assistance: Our culinary team can design a menu guaranteed to impress your guests. We can even pair your menu with wines or even beers brewed by our award winning Brewmaster, Victor Novak.

Specialty linens: From formal to casual, we can create the dining setting that best fits the occasion.

Decorations: Our experience in creating just the right ambiance will ensure your event's success.

Entertainment: The possibilities begin with live music, but include a host of other options. Let us help you select just the right entertainment for your event.

Audiovisual equipment: Everything you need for presentations including projection and sound equipment.

DEPOSITS-PAYMENT

A $200 (non-refundable) deposit is required to secure your event. During the month of December a $500 (non-refundable) deposit is required to secure your event. This payment will be applied to your final bill. Upon completion of your function the balance will be due and payable by cash or credit card. Prices are subject to change. TAPS will honor prices based on the date of signed contract and deposit. _________(initial)

GUARANTEED ATTENDANCE

A guaranteed Guest count is due 72 hours or three (3) business days prior to your event and is not subject to reduction. Should a guarantee not be received, TAPS Fish House and Brewery will charge for all food and beverage for the original expected attendance or the actual attendance, whichever is higher.

We reserve the right to relocate your function to a more appropriate space at our discretion. Reasons for moving your group to an alternate location would be based on weather or appropriate group sizing to the facility. TAPS management will do their best to contact you should we feel a move is necessary. _____________(initial)

SERVICE AND LABOR CHARGES

A 20% Service Charge will be applied to all food, beverage and other fees. California State Law regulation #1603g requires state sales tax to be calculated on all food, beverage, gratuity, labor, audio visual and rental charges. _____________(initial)

ROOM FEE

Should your group desire a private room for Brunch, a room fee is required to meet the estimated revenue value of the desired room. This revenue number is calculated based on the capacity of the room and the hours that your group occupies the space. For a room fee estimate based on your specific group contact a Banquet Manager.

BEVERAGES

Brunch price includes champagne, mimosas or TAPS brewed beer. TAPS management reserves the right to limit consumption of alcohol based on liability. All additional beverages are above the cost of Brunch.

Hosted Bar: Purchase of all drinks by the person in charge of the event. Service and sales tax will be added to the total of the bill.

Cash and Carry: Guest purchases their own drinks.

A $20 corkage fee will be applied to any bottles of wine brought in that are listed on our wine list.

A $10 corkage fee will be applied to each bottle of wine brought in that is not listed on our wine list.

DECORATIONS

All decorations, incoming equipment and entertainment must be approved prior to your event. For the safety of your guests TAPS Fish House and Brewery does not allow confetti, bird seed or exposed candle flames.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

We offer complimentary white linens. Optional colors are available at an additional charge. A cake-cutting fee of $1.50 per person will be applied to cakes brought in from outside sources. Audio Visual equipment, rental props and entertainment can be ordered and will be subject to a service charge.

EVENT COORDINATION

Personal attention provided by TAPS staff will make you a special guest at your own event. Our on site event coordinators have extensive knowledge and experience in planning all types of events and are happy to assist you. Please inquire about referrals of quality vendors of audiovisual equipment, florists, photographers, or any special event planning requirements.

INDEMNITY

To the extent permitted by law, patron hereby agrees to protect, defend and hold harmless Taps Fish House and Brewery and its employees and agents against all claims, issues or damages to persons and or property, government charges, fines and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or connected to the installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of restaurant premises or a part thereof by patron, or any guest, invitee or agent of patron or any independent contractor hired by patron except those claims arising out of sole negligence or willful misconduct of the restaurant.

PRICING

Brunch pricing is subject to change. If your event is booked in advance and the pricing on Brunch is raised based on fluctuation in food cost to the restaurant, your brunch price will change. The minimums to have the room private will remain the same as the day you signed the contract.

FOOD CONSUMPTION

In order to control the quality of products served on our premises, and to insure that all legal requirements concerning health department and government regulatory agencies are met in a professional manner, we must insist that the patron or any guests or invitees of any function remove no food or beverage from the restaurant.
